1. 12G服务器的网卡有2种，请根据您自己的机器的网卡下载对应的网卡驱动。

2. 12G的服务器，是目前DELL最新的服务器，由于受CPU，主板芯片的限制，已经不支持Windows 2003操作系统，因此建议您安装我们官方所支持Windwos 2008,windows 2012的操作系统。如果您有特殊的需求，建议您可以安装虚拟机来实现。

3. 驱动会不断的更新，有需求最新的驱动，您要以直接到 http://suppport.dell.com.cn根据您的机器型号下载。
